| GO-nursing allows the immediate
and controlled communication of temporary staffing requirements
to Nurse Banks, Bank Nurses, validated Independent Nurses,
Nursing Agencies and Agency Nurses - 24 hours a day, 365 days
a year.
The controlled release of information allows nurses working
for the Nurse Bank to see the information before independent
nurses or nurses working for Nurse Agencies.
It also allows nurses to respond directly to a shift request,
even out of hours when the offices are shut. Likewise, out
of hours senior ward staff can search for nurses who are qualified
and available for a last-minute shift.
Nurses are able to enter and amend their availabilities to
allow automatic matching of possible nurses for each shift,
based on availability, qualifications and experience.
