The upgrade from version 1 to version
2 of GO-nursing progressed
without any major disruptions to the service.

When will I be able to use
my new password and username?
Bank Nurses will able to use
their Bank Nurse Username and password – provided
they have returned their forms and they have been activated
by the Nurse Bank. Ward Admin Users will initially continue
to use the existing log in username and password that
they used in version 1.0.
If I cannot use my new password
and username as a ward user why did I fill in the form
and have an individual username and password?
The purpose of completing and
returning the form you were sent was to ensure that
you are correctly identified as a GO-nursing
user.
The reason you cannot use your password and username
at first is to make sure that everyone has access to
adequate training and support before trying out the
new features.

What are the cascade trainers
going to be doing?
Initially they will be emailed
updated information before everyone else. They will
be given access to the new features in version 2.0 before
most other users. This will allow them to be able to
pass on this knowledge to other GO-nursing
users in their own area in the hospital.
Is there a list of cascade
trainers?
Yes there will be a list posted
of all cascade trainers.
How can I give feedback about
the GO-nursing program in order to identify something
I think does not work well or something I could suggest
that would improve the way that it works?
